CHCA Neighborhood Yard Sale on Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8 from 10am - 2pm ON THE GREEN ACROSS FROM THE Chester Heights PARK
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Each Participating Family is REQUIRED to Register with the CHCA, as per Town Permit. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Participants may choose one or both of the scheduled sale days.
Participants must be set up by 9:45 a.m. and remain for the duration of the day – until 2:00 p.m.
Tables should be set up on the grass alongside Oregon Ave and Parkway Plaza ONLY... facing the center aisle while keeping the center aisle clear. This is to encourage shoppers to stay on the grass and off the street.
3 tables and 1 tent are allowed.
Participants are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, etc. Should you opt to bring a tent or any other item that may be at risk of tipping over, you must ensure these are properly anchored with sand bags or the equivalent to avoid the risk of damage or injury.
Cars may be parked near the spots to unload (before 9:45 a.m.) and pack-up (after 2:00 p.m.) but must be moved to a legal parking spot before the beginning of the event.
Spots must be clean and empty by 3:30 p.m. Your spot must be clear of debris and/or any unwanted items. Nothing can be left at the curb!
In the event of rain either day, that day’s event will be canceled – and you will receive an email early Saturday and/or Sunday morning.
You will be asked to remove any items found to be offensive and/or objectionable to the event organizers.
There is no cost to CHCA Members - please make sure that your Dues are Current.
